Century Village opened in 2019, built by Rabie Property Group to do one thing well: the everyday. Set in the residential heart of Century City — opposite the Curro schools, a short hop from Canal Walk and Intaka Island — it gathers a gourmet grocer, good coffee, sushi, and a handful of trusted services under one roof. No fuss, no maze, no long walk from the car. Just the week's errands, done.

The neighbours

The Curro schools are right across the road. Canal Walk, Intaka Island, and the Century City Conference Centre are minutes away. The village does the unfussy daily things, and lets the rest of Century City do the rest.

The ten-minute rule

Most regulars are in and out in ten minutes — ninety of them free, with the boom lifting on its own. If you stay longer it's because you wanted to. We think that's the right answer.
